Questions and answers
Do my couriers need an app of their own?
No. They can use Yallapp Courier, Yallapp's app for the couriers of every company on Yallapp, or a courier app built under your company's name. You choose in Delivery settings, under Where couriers work.
When can couriers download Yallapp Courier?
Yallapp Courier is coming to Google Play and the App Store. Until then, your couriers can work in the courier mode of your own app.
Does the customer see the courier all the time?
Only while their parcel is on the way and the courier has the job open. The last position is shown for 10 minutes, and nothing is shared when the courier's app is closed.
How do customers pay?
By card through your own payment page, or in cash to the courier, as you choose in Delivery settings.
Is a delivery app a Yallapp Studio project?
Yes. Delivery apps are made in Yallapp Studio and have Studio's own plans.
