Yallapp Courier for your couriers
Yallapp Courier is Yallapp's own app for couriers, for every delivery company made in Yallapp Studio that chooses it. Your couriers sign in to it once, choose your company and work on your jobs, with your name and logo. You build and publish nothing for them. It is coming to Google Play and the App Store.
Choosing Yallapp Courier
In your delivery project's dashboard, open Delivery settings and, under Where your couriers work, choose In Yallapp Courier. The other choice is your couriers' own app in your name, built and published next to your customers' app.
Adding your couriers
On Couriers, add each courier with their name, the mobile number or email they'll sign in with, and their vehicle. Couriers shows when each one last signed in to Yallapp Courier. A courier you pause or delete there is signed out of your company at once.
What a courier does
- Download Yallapp Courier.
- Sign in with the mobile number or email you added, and the code they get.
- Choose your company.
They go on and off duty, see the jobs waiting and their own, and follow each job's steps: picked up, on the way, delivered, or couldn't deliver with a reason. Each job shows the cash to collect, and they can call the sender or the receiver and get directions in their maps app. While a parcel is on the way and its job is open on their screen, the customer sees where it is. New jobs reach them as notifications.
Someone who delivers for several companies on Yallapp Courier signs in once and switches between them from Account. Signing out ends every company's session on that phone.
Deleting a courier's account
A courier deletes their Yallapp Courier account in the app, from Account. Your list of couriers and your shipments' records stay as they are. See Deleting your Yallapp account.
