Your account and support
Signing in
Sign in with your email and password. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link. Choosing a new password signs you out on your other devices.
Your details
Your name, WhatsApp number and website are on your account. To change your email or details, message us on WhatsApp.
Working with your team
Never share your dashboard sign-in: invite the people who work with you on Team, each with only what they need. See Your team. Our team can open your dashboard to help you when you ask; you'll see a bar at the top while they do, and changes apply to your app.
Announcements
The bell at the top of your dashboard shows what our team sends you (updates, announcements, planned maintenance and offers) and what happened on your account: a plan about to end, a finished build, a payment received. A number on it says how many you haven't seen; opening it marks them as seen, for you only. See all, or Updates from Yallapp in the menu, lists everything. Some announcements also show above your overview until you close them, and some come by email too.
