Connect your Zid store
Your Store app can take its products, categories, prices and stock from your Zid store, and show customers their orders. Customers finish each order on your Zid store.

Connect with Zid
- In your Yallapp dashboard, open App setup › Website, choose Another store platform and then Zid.
- Select Connect with Zid.
- Sign in to Zid if it asks, and approve Yallapp's access to your products, orders and customers.
- Zid brings you back to the Website step, which shows Connected to and your store's name. Select Save & continue.
There are no keys to copy: we keep the access renewed for you. To connect another store, select Connect another Zid store. To stop, select Disconnect, and remove the Yallapp app from your Zid dashboard too.

How orders work
Checkout happens on your store: in the app, Checkout opens the product's page on your Zid store in the browser, where the customer picks their options and pays. The app sends one product at a time to your store.
Customers see their orders in the app when they sign in with the same mobile number (with its country code) as their account on your store.
If Zid shows "Not available yet", connecting Zid stores is still being set up. Message us on WhatsApp. Your Zid categories become your app's categories. On iPhones, digital products can't be bought in the app, as Apple's rules require. Product reviews are off for Zid apps.
