Listings and inquiries
Real estate apps show the properties you add on the dashboard's Listings page. People search them in the app, save favorites and message your office.
Your office
Set your office name, phone, WhatsApp and office email, your default currency and area unit, and whether people can message the office in the app. With messages off, the app shows only your phone and WhatsApp.
Listings
Select New listing and fill in:
- Basics: a title, the purpose (for sale or for rent, with rent per month or per year), the property type, a description and your own reference
- Price, and whether it's negotiable
- Location: city, district, address, and the latitude and longitude for the map
- Details: area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, furnished, year built and features
- Photos in the order you choose, and an optional video (a YouTube or Vimeo link, or an MP4 file)
Save it as a draft while you work, publish it to show it in the app, mark it featured to show it first, and archive it when it's sold or rented. Only published listings show in the app.
Search in the app
People filter by purpose, type, price, rooms, area and place, sort the results, and open a listing with its photos, features, map and similar listings.
Inquiries
When someone messages you about a listing, it appears on the Inquiries page and you get an email. Your reply lands in their app's notifications inbox and is pushed to their phone.
