Connect SimplyBook.me
Your Bookings app can take its services, team and free times from SimplyBook.me. Customers book, see and cancel their appointments in the app.
Before you start
- A SimplyBook.me account with the API custom feature (a paid feature)
- Your Yallapp app type set to Bookings

Turn on the API in SimplyBook.me
In SimplyBook.me, open Custom Features and turn on API. Then open its settings (Settings › Integrations › API in the new admin) and copy the API key.

Create an API user key
In the API feature's settings, under API user keys, create a key for an admin user of your company (or a user you add for the app). Bookings from the app are made with this user's access. The user's password works too, but a key is better.

Enter them on the Website step
In your Yallapp dashboard, open App setup › Website and choose My SimplyBook.me account. Enter:
- Company login: the login you sign in to SimplyBook.me with, also the first part of your booking site's address (mycompany in mycompany.simplybook.me)
- API key
- API user login and API user key or password
- API host: leave it empty unless your account is on another SimplyBook domain than simplybook.me
Select Save & continue. We check them with SimplyBook.me before saving.
