Connect Teachable
Your Academy app can take its courses, lessons and students' progress from your Teachable school.
Before you start
- A Teachable school on the Growth plan or higher (the API needs it)
- The school owner's account (only the owner sees the API page)
- Your Yallapp app type set to Academy

Create an API key in Teachable
In your Teachable school admin, open Settings › API and select Create API Key. Copy the key.

Enter it on the Website step
In your Yallapp dashboard, open App setup › Website and choose My Teachable or Thinkific school, then Teachable. Enter your School address (for example your-school.teachable.com, or your school's own domain) and paste the API key. Select Save & continue. We check the key with Teachable before saving.
Students sign in to the app with a code we send on WhatsApp, to the phone number they use. Paid courses aren't sold in the iPhone app, as Apple's rules require.
